How I Work

I work in a practical, outcome focused way, taking clear ownership of the SAP and enterprise application landscape I’m engaged to support. I spend time understanding how the business actually operates, not just how processes are documented, and align SAP delivery to real operational and commercial priorities.

I’m comfortable operating hands on where needed, while also providing senior level direction, challenge, and assurance. I work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and third party vendors, cutting through noise and focusing on what will genuinely improve system stability, usability, and value.

My approach is independent, pragmatic, and delivery led. I don’t oversell transformation or introduce unnecessary complexity,the aim is always to leave the organisation with a SAP landscape that is clearer, better governed, and easier to run.

Engagements are delivered on a consultancy basis, with scope and outcomes agreed upfront.
